Booking & Policies

  • How do I book an appointment?

  • Do you take walk-ins?

    We recommend booking ahead, but you can call or text to ask about same-day openings.

  • What’s your cancellation policy?

    Please give 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to another guest. Running late? We’ll do our best to adjust—some services may need to be shortened.

  • Can I bring kids?

    Yes—kids’ haircuts are welcome. For everyone’s safety, please supervise little ones when they’re not in the chair.

  • What if something feels off after my appointment?

    Reach out within a few days and we’ll talk through next steps. We want you to love your hair and will do our best to make it right.

Haircuts, Hair Styling, & Keratin Treatments

  • Do I need a consultation?

    Yes—consults cover method choice, color match, maintenance (move-ups), timing, and aftercare best practices.

  • Do you cut women’s, men’s, and kids’ hair?

    Yes—haircuts for women, men, and children, with texture-aware techniques for straight, wavy, curly, and coily hair.

  • Do you offer quick maintenance services?

    Yes—Bang Trims (fringe shaping) to stay fresh between cuts and Shampoo & Style for a polished, ready-to-go finish.

  • How often should I get a trim?

    Most cuts keep their shape for 6–10 weeks, depending on length, texture, and styling habits.

  • Do you install and remove extensions?

    Yes—tape‑ins and keratin/fusion bonds. We do not offer hand‑tied/sew‑in installs. We color‑match and place for comfort and blend; safe removals use salon‑grade removers to protect your hair.

  • Do you sell professional hair products?

    Yes—stylist-recommended shampoos, conditioners, treatments, and finishers to protect color, tame frizz, and support your style at home. We’ll suggest an easy routine for your goals and budget.

Hair Color & Highlights

  • Do you offer full, partial, and custom highlights?

    Yes—Highlights (Full, Partial, & Custom) using foils or blended placement tailored to your hair, brightness goals, and maintenance window.

  • How often should I touch up color?

    Root coverage is usually 4–8 weeks; highlights are typically 8–14 weeks.

  • Does color include styling?

    Our All-Over Single Color, Highlights, and Roots Touch-Up include a professional style so you can see—and feel—the finished result.

Lashes, Waxing, Massage, & Red Light Therapy

  • What’s the difference between a Lash Full Set and a Lash Fill?

    A Lash Full Set builds your custom map, curl, and length. Lash Fills replace shed/grown-out extensions—typically every 2–3 weeks to maintain shape and fullness.

  • Will waxing irritate my skin?

    We work gently and finish with calming care. If you use retinoids or have sensitive skin, let us know during your consult.

  • What are the benefits of Red Light Therapy?

    Sessions with our Contour Light red-light system are non-invasive and relaxing. Guests report support for sleep quality, a sense of hormonal balance, visible smoothing for wrinkles and scars, post-workout muscle recovery, and temporary body-contouring benefits (some report up to ~10 lbs over 18 sessions when combined with hydration and healthy habits).
